hello! so, i have not blogged in for-e-ver because i have been insanely busy at work. basically, i've been at a 200+ pace since i got back to work in february (240 in may, and that's with three days of vacation). for june my billables are lower because i did this (really amazingly awesome) intensive trial advocacy program that my firm holds, but if you count the hours from that week (it was great, but insanely tiring, we did 15 hours a day, basically, and then tried a mock trial on 4 hours of sleep and accumulated fatigue), then my june was around 255/260.
anyway. it is slightly slower for a minute, and so i'm having trouble being very productive.
and i want to leave and drive my new car, which i love a lot. i never really saw the point of nice cars before i drove sahar's, but then i decided i must have one, and my car was 7 years old, and ann's car broke so we were carpooling (she's taking my old car), and costco dealers give you an insanely good price, so then i bought one.
sigh of contentment.
i am sleeping. back to work. hope you are all well. thanks for checking back in even though there hasn't been a new entry in months.
