i went to my college friend susan's wedding today. it was so beautiful. aside from the fact that the location was gorgeous and quaint, the actual ceremony was just really beautiful. susan and chris had been together for many years before they got married, and all the wonderful things that make their relationship work came shining through in their vows to each other, the speeches everyone made, and the slideshows.
it was really nice. i teared up during the vows. i think the only other time i've teared up at a wedding was my sister's.
it was also like a mini college reunion, which was nice.
and a significantly older gentleman hit on ann and gave her his business card, which was interesting.
anyway. i am very tired now. but it was really beautiful. congratulations, susan and chris.
