yeah. i'm feelng guilty for being blase about AB849 because i think it's just going to get shut down by schwarzenegger. and yes, i find the "let the courts/people decide" excuse that's en vogue these days with the republicans is irritating. schwarzenegger's in a tough spot. his approval ratings are already really low.
